Appointments
VHMI operates an appointment system and patients should telephone our reception staff or complete the online booking form to arrange an appointment time. Patients without an appointment who require urgent attention are seen as soon as possible after discussion between the referring doctor and radiologist.
If you require an urgent appointment, please ask your doctor to speak to one of our radiologists and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Our staff are committed to friendly, personalised service for all patients and are willing to assist in any way you need when you visit us. Some tests require preparation; if you are unsure of what to do, please ask our staff prior to your appointment.
A referral and any previous films must be brought with the patient when attending an appointment.
Hours: We are open Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm and Sunday 9am – 12pm. If you require an urgent appointment, please ask your doctor to speak to one of our radiologists and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
